The Commons is a beautiful Victorian house with rich history and 14 spacious rooms. Twelve rooms sleep 2 people each and two suites are larger in size and sleep 2-4 people at a time. Rates vary depending on the season. The lounge is located on the first floor and is beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional Cape Cod accents. The lounge features complimentary magazines and newspapers, and includes a spacious seating area perfect for an evening tea or a quiet time after a long day at the beach.
